Girls, you know why summer is the ultimate time to date. It is the time of the year when everything is fancy-free..and that includes dating! After all, summer is the season known for steamy hookups and sexy flings. Why not enjoy the hot weather by increasing your dating opportunities? Listed below are a list of guys you should date in the summer…or any other season you like!

  • The Lifeguard/ Surf Instructor- This kind of date is a no brainer. If you love the beach and spend most of the season frolicking in the beach in your bikini, the guy with a tan and to-die-for abs is your obvious match. Because this man is a certified eye candy, physical attraction will not be a problem for you.

  • The Foreigner- In the warm months, you shouldn’t limit yourself to dating men who live within your immediate area. Summer is the time when hot globetrotters go on vacation, and you may just spot one near you! Don’t be afraid to approach him and ask him on a date if you are really interested. Remember, it pays to be bold!

  • The Divorcee- Say what?! Before you shake your head, think about this: summer is the time to break your own rules. Why not date a mature guy for a change? He may teach you a thing or two about love and responsibility (if he has kids).

  • The Antithesis- Speaking of breaking rules, you should also try dating someone you never thought you would go for. Choose a date who is remarkably different from all your exes. If you have a penchant for bad boys, try looking for a good guy this time. This man of summer might just make you change your mind for good, making you stay with him beyond summer!

  • The Man from the Wedding- It doesn’t matter if he’s the groomsman or just a guest. Summer is also a time for weddings, and some of them can be excruciating for single women. Why not turn the situation to your advantage? Instead of answering the constant queries about why you are still single, take the opportunity to find a new love. Who knows, you might get married next to your date!
